The King’s College and Primacorp End Collaboration and King’s Appoints New Board Members

The King’s College and Primacorp Ventures, Inc. have mutually and amicably agreed to end their collaboration agreements, including with respect to board representation and involvement in operations. Stockwell Day will continue in his role as Interim President to assist with transition matters, and The King’s College thanks him for his continued service.

In accordance with this termination, the Board has accepted the resignations of Trustee members Rodney Bergen, Jim Cunningham, Soon Chung, and Marvin Kehler. The College also thanks them for their service to the Board and contributions to King’s over the last two years.

The following individuals have agreed to join the Board of Trustees as faithful stewards of The King’s College at this pivotal moment:

These new Trustee members will join board Chairman Henry Morriello and continuing Trustees David Palomares and Susie Wilson as they seek God’s guidance for how The King’s College can preserve its mission.
